Hey guys. Greg Saunders with Oak Alley Capital. Just wanted to give you a quick update on how the construction is coming along on the ten dollar house up in Killeen. We are about seven days into our 21 day construction timeline. We're having some trouble getting a plumber and an HVAC guy out here, but I just wanted to show you what we were able to accomplish in a week's time.
Floors. We've repainted the inside and we're taking down the light fixtures. Until we get the tile in place. What ended up happening was, we wanted to originally replace the countertop but because of the damage to the cabinet we're going to have to go with the new center cabinet and none of them were working, so we just donated those. We come in and take care of the bathrooms here. We went to replace the countertops, but the damage to the basin was a little so just decided to toss out .
The carpet is gone. We're going with brushed nickel fixtures throughout the entire house. It's going to give it a much cleaner feel. You can see on the second floor and in the second floor is a much cleaner look. That's what my guys have been able to do in a week. Two of the-
Sorry, so two of those days was just taking crap out of this place. We filled an entire dumpster up and got it hauled off on the second day. As soon as we get our trades out here then we can finish up, because really all that's left is the flooring and then doing some outside stuff. With some luck, we're still going to get this on market by the end of the month, and we'll keep you updated on how things go from there.
