Allright guys, Greg Saunders, Oak Alley Capital and we just had the constable come out and fortunately the previous people had taken off so we didn't have to break down the door or anything like that. They actually left a key for us.
Now, let's take a walk through the house. You guys will be able to see what it's like when you buy a home site unseen. Let's go ...
Living room, and it is absolutely trashed. What a crap hole. Okay, let's look at some of the more important things other than the fact that they just straight up gave up moving halfway through. We're looking at the walls, they took down the window coverings but the windows are not busted.
Okay, this is going to be a tell. Let's see if the toilet's clean. Oh, thank God. The last house that I had, they decided to use toilet paper, or I'm sorry, paper towel as opposed to toilet paper.
Now we're walking through, actually the countertops are in decent condition. That's not too bad and they left the appliances. I'm not quite sure why there is duct tape on this microwave. Wine fridge, all right, tell you what guys, if anyone wants a wine fridge, let me know, we've got one and some wine as well.
Let's take a look outside. Oh that's nice, they left the back door open. Mostly just garbage back here, fence is okay, it's being pulled down. Let's take a look in the back. Anyone wants a bicycle, let me know. This is the first home I'm seeing out back here, looks like there's no one directly behind us so that's a bonus.
The house itself, it needs to be caulked, maybe we'll paint it. We'll see what happens with power washing. It's got all the mold on the back there but it's really not too bad. Let's see, we've got a little bit of busted plastic, nothing too crazy, double paned windows. Again, none of the windows are busted out so I'm pretty excited about that.
Okay, back on the inside, did you find those or did you bring them?

Oh, nice, all right. Bring some garden gloves tomorrow.
I'm guessing this is the master. Get some light in here. Oh, cool, got some Bluetooth headphones. The master, looks like we've got a double vanity sink, the mirror is still in tact, it's not busted out, that's good. Shower, stand up shower, tub. I really don't know what this individual spot is for and a walk in master. Clothes.
All right, let's go ahead and take a look upstairs. Closet. Let's see, we'll be replacing the carpet throughout. Looks like someone just gave up on painting. I'm pretty excited about this. None of the windows have been busted out yet. There's nothing alive in the tank. There's an old busted ...
I bought it directly from the homeowner who was distressed. He had sold the house on seller financing and they had to evict into a foreclosure.
Bathroom, still ... Evan, I think the copper piping is all here. I don't know if that's a replica or not. Yeah, that's plastic. Just kind of trashed out up here. I guess that's really the theme of the day is they're ... had a carpentry project for some reason.
Here's the fourth bedroom. Not too bad, let's see, we've got ourselves a four bedroom house, two bath with a master. Okay, let's see if they decided to leave ... cool, ventilation is still there.
The last thing, with the constables told me about was the garage. We had only ... God, that tank is massive. The pet's with them, I mean, that's good. A lot of times you'll find a cat or dog, a lot of fish.
That's the garage, or course, looks like just to tear it up by throwing stuff in here but all in all, I'm pretty excited about it. I think this is going to be a two day trash out and then another two days of demo. Then we'll get paint and carpet going. In reality there's not that much too it.
Let's see, front, a lot of the other minor clean up stuff. We're pretty happy. I hope you guys enjoyed that. It was a lot better than I was expecting it to because they decided to leave. Here's the kicker of it. I offered them $1,000 to clean up the house and they decided just to leave instead of taking the money.
